Waking up sometimes can be a struggle, so here is a fun breakfast idea that can be made the night before. Then you can pop it in the microwave in the morning.
Easy mini pancakes
What you need
- 1 cup of pancake mix
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 Egg
- Toppings ( blueberries, bacon, sausage, any thing your heart desires)
- Mix the first three ingredients together.
- Fill a muffin tin almost to the top, then sprinkle with your toppings.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
